Wife, mom of two, small business owner, and your Pawtucket City Councilor At-Large.
“Serving as your City Councilor At-Large has been one of the greatest honors of my life. As a wife, mom of two, and small business owner, I know how important it is to have a city that is safe, welcoming, and full of opportunity. Those values guide every decision I make, and I remain committed to listening, working together, and helping build a Pawtucket where every resident has the opportunity to thrive.” Yesenia Rubio
Yesenia is the founder and owner of Notes Coffee Co. and a marketing and business professional with over 10 years of experience. A University of Rhode Island graduate, she is a wife, a mom of two, and a community leader. She is married to a U.S. Army veteran.
Every decision Yesenia makes on the City Council is guided by six priorities: fiscal responsibility, public safety, strong schools, small businesses and economic opportunity, quality of life, and transparent, accountable government. She believes the best solutions come from listening, bringing people together, and finding practical solutions that strengthen our community.
